Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Crumb & Whisk, we prepare freshly baked homemade cookies and chocolates made to order with care and love. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow the refund and cancellation policy outlined below.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests after 2 hours will not be accepted as preparation begins immediately.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are prepared or dispatched.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos along with order details are required for verification.
- Crumbnwhisk will issue a refund to the same card/account/medium through which you have made the payment incase of cancellation.
- All refunds shall be made within the period of 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Taste preferences or personal dislikes
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
